Blue Light Blocking Glasses – An inexpensive option to try out after sunset to see how sensitive you are to blue light (fancy options also exist).

EWG Database – Database to look up if there are harmful chemicals in your personal care products.

Flare Calmer – Like earplugs, but they 
reduce your stress response to annoying noises without blocking sound. (Loops an alternative brand)

Gluten & Dairy Substitutes – Yummy, carby, creamy substitutes when you’re staying off gluten and dairy.

I Can Breathe Face Mask – Face mask that will filter smells from things like perfumes, exhaust and other chemicals as well as particulate matter. *These have been unavailable of late, but keep checking back in case it is a supply chain issue.
